NOTE ON SUPERPIPE At LuccaComis back in November 1980, Lorenzo meets Len Mogel, co-founder of Heavy Metal whom appreciates his work and invites him to send some copies. A couple of months later, thanks to the mediation by Gianni Berti of "Nuvole Parlanti" in Milan, Neal Adams offers to Lorenzo a contract with his Continuity agency and sells "SuperPipe" to Heavy Metal. However, due to the missed collaboration of the Italian publisher and of the agency with which Lorenzo had already signed in Italy, unfortunately, the deal was not concluded.
